Customer Service Representative

Start Date: Early November

Location: Phoenix (Ahwatukee), AZ

Work Arrangement: On-Site

Shift: Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3 weeks onsite). Flexible shifts available after training.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by handling a blend of inbound and outbound calls related to account servicing, payment inquiries, and general customer assistance. You'll work in a professional contact center environment focused on delivering exceptional service and positive customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls while providing accurate information and support.

• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, payment questions, website navigation, and service requests.

• Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality assurance, attendance, and call handling metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent call center or contact center experience.

• Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions.

• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Demonstrated job stability with consistent employment tenure.

• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment and learning new software systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
