Vice President of Customer Success

Leading and scaling a global Customer Success organization, the full-time Vice President of Customer Success will drive revenue growth and improve net revenue retention by managing adoption, renewal, and expansion efforts while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead and scale a global Customer Success organization across various market segments with tailored coverage models Own retention and expansion outcomes, driving industry-leading net revenue retention through proactive account management Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance customer feedback and product adoption Required qualifications 10+ years in Customer Success or related revenue leadership roles, with 5+ years leading global CS organizations Experience in the security/cybersecurity industry is strongly preferred Proven track record managing a CS organization responsible for $100M+ in revenue Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering leaders Deep fluency in Customer Success operating metrics and systems, including NRR and health scoring Virtual Vocations Inc
