Description: Position is for a medical surgical registered nurse. The facility is a 107-bed, Joint Commission-accredited facility. It serves a diverse patient population, including all ages. Common diagnoses include COPD, post-operative joints, and diabetes. Patient ratios can be up to 1:6 with PCA assistance. EHR utilized is MediTech. Supervisor is the Med Surg Director. Weekend hours are every other week or as needed. Call requirements are as needed. Floating to like units may be required. Candidates must have required certifications prior to start. The position requires a collaborative and compassionate approach to patient care.
