The Staff Pad has partnered with Modoc Medical Center, a critical access hospital in northeastern California. In this role, you'll provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in an acute hospital setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative healthcare team. What You'll Do:

• Perform individualized patient assessments and report abnormal findings
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care following established protocols
• Accurately document patient care, interventions, and outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
• Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate across departments to support overall patient care

What We're Looking For:

• Active California RN license
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to professionalism and high-quality care
