Job Summary:

Oversees the receipt, organization, and distribution of merchandise to store locations while providing day-to-day direction to the warehouse team. This role includes supervising staff, maintaining inventory systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protocols, and serving as a key holder for opening and closing the warehouse. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage physical tasks such as lifting and organizing stock are essential for success.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $26.88/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
• Housing Availability: Yes  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for lead function within warehouse team. Provides day-to-day work direction to team members; organizes and delegates daily workload.
• Key holder position that is responsible for opening and closing the warehouse
• Supervise warehouse team members in proper warehouse procedures, including safety and environmental sustainability.
• Use tablet to log incoming packages on the Receiving Log and work Purchase Orders
• Use Osprey inventory software to print tickets
• Ensure team members are compliant with TRUE Zero Waste recycling and diversion protocols
• Organize and maintain warehouse and storerooms
• Communicate with buyers and year-round team in absence of Warehouse Manager
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior Retail or Warehouse Experience Preferred
• Supervisory Experience Preferred
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and Excel
• Strong written and verbal English skills

Other Requirements:

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs

Preferred Skills:

• Prior retail experience
• Prior customer service experience
• Previous customer service experience
