· 1:5 moving to 1:6 call

· Up to $600,000 Base Salary

• All physicians producing at the 75% rvu’s
• Partnership offered at 2 years
  • $2 buy in
  • additional $5 incentive per rvu in perpetuity
• Partnership buy-in option at local Surgery Center, AmSurg’s largest multi-specialty ASC in the nation.
• Comprehensive benefits & Relocation allowance
