Analytics Manager

Advising and collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership, the full-time remote Analytics Manager will oversee the development and delivery of analytic services, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while coaching and developing the analytics team. Key responsibilities: Manage the design, implementation, and adoption of analytics applications and processes Provide direct oversight and coaching for the analytics team to enhance their capabilities Utilize project management principles and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver analytic services Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline or social sciences; advanced degree preferred Five years of analytics experience, with two years in a health system focusing on advanced data analysis Experience leading an analytics team and familiarity with EHR (Epic) data sources preferred Working knowledge of data marts, data warehouses, SQL, and advanced BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau Intermediate knowledge of statistics and experience with project management Virtual Vocations Inc
