Yoh has an exciting opportunity for a  Real-Time Graphics Developer to join our global media and entertainment client for a fully-remote role. This role will be responsible for creating, developing, maintaining, and deploying real-time graphics for live broadcast and studio productions. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience developing graphics in a live production environment, with advanced expertise in Ross XPression, Vizrt, or a similar real-time graphics platform. Strong skills in 2D and 3D animation, scripting, technical troubleshooting, and creative collaboration are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, maintain, and deploy real-time graphics for live broadcast, studio, event, and digital productions.
• Primarily use Ross XPression and, where applicable, Vizrt to build and manage graphic packages, templates, scenes, and production directories.
• Lead graphic development efforts independently or collaborate with other developers on complex projects.
• Support event and studio graphics by providing technical direction, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Translate creative direction, project requirements, and technical specifications into custom graphic, animation, and layout solutions.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, and other design tools to create supporting graphics, animations, and image assets.
• Develop and maintain project workflows, scripts, processes, and file-management standards.
• Research and resolve technical questions related to graphics development, animation techniques, software, hardware, and live production workflows.
• Collaborate with producers, designers, engineers, managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to establish expectations and deliver projects on schedule.
• Assist with hardware and software upgrades, system implementations, studio builds, and new production environments.
• Support specialty graphics initiatives such as interactive displays, virtual production, data visualization, augmented reality, and other emerging formats.
• Provide training, mentoring, onboarding, and technical guidance to fellow developers, freelancers, vendors, and production partners.
• Review graphic packages for accuracy, consistency, formatting, spelling, and adherence to established brand standards.
• Identify, report, and help resolve equipment, software, workflow, and production-environment issues.
• Maintain organized project files and archives to support efficient retrieval and reuse.
• Work occasional flexible hours to support live production schedules, special assignments, training, or technical support needs.
• Maintain accurate project tracking, time entry, reporting, and administrative documentation.

Basic Qualifications

• At least five years of experience developing graphics for live production, broadcast, studio, event, or digital media environments.
• Advanced experience with Ross XPression, Vizrt, or another professional real-time graphics platform.
• Demonstrated experience developing graphics within the platform, not solely operating playout or control-room systems.
• Strong 2D and 3D animation skills with an understanding of effective typography, layout, composition, and visual design.
• Working knowledge of broadcast and television production technology.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and deploying real-time graphics packages, templates, scenes, or production directories.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues involving graphics software, hardware, workflows, and production environments.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply new concepts, techniques, and software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly set expectations with creative, technical, and production stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a development or creative team.
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in formatting, spelling, grammar, and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours and support occasional live-production schedules.
• Applicants must provide an online portfolio, demo reel, or examples of real-time graphics work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience developing graphics for live broadcast, sports, studio, or event productions.
• Advanced Ross XPression development experience, including the use of native tools, animation, scripting, and visual logic.
• Experience with Vizrt, Trio, or comparable real-time graphics systems.
• Experience supporting graphics playout and deployment in a live production environment.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation concepts, with experience using Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar software.
• Experience writing or troubleshooting scripts using Viz Scripting, Visual Basic, C#, JavaScript, C++, or another programming language.
• Experience supporting studio builds, graphics system upgrades, or new production environments.
• Strong interest in sports, live events, broadcast production, or media technology.
