Family Medicine Physician

Role Overview This full-time primary care physician manages a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office, testing centers, and telehealth visits. They collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, utilize clinical training for procedures, and supervise NP or PA colleagues. Continuous learning via weekly rounds and team huddles is essential, along with obtaining additional state licensure for virtual care in other states as needed. Qualifications & Skills Completed or enrolled in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience for all ages Board certified or eligible, with plans for certification within a year State licensed in Ohio Strong communication, technology proficiency, clinical expertise, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset Key Responsibilities Manage patient needs through diverse visit types Conduct in-office and telehealth consultations Perform in-office procedures and supervise colleagues Engage in ongoing learning and teamwork Location & Compensation Based in Cleveland, OH, with a salary range of $216,000 - $258,800, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
