If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, clean environment and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you!Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30 minute unpaid lunch)Pay: $19.00 per hourJob SummaryThis role involves overseeing and operating an automated robotic system that feeds eggs into the grading machine. The operator is responsible for ensuring smooth production by monitoring equipment performance, addressing alarms, performing basic troubleshooting, and collaborating with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor the robotic loading system and related equipment to ensure consistent product flow.Respond to equipment alarms and stoppages; perform basic resets and troubleshooting.Identify and communicate mechanical or system issues to maintenance promptly.Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintain a clean work area.Remove broken eggs and debris that could affect equipment performance.Work with production personnel to maintain a steady supply of product to the loading system.Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements, including HACCP, FDA, and SQF standards.Adhere to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout practices.Accurately complete production records and required documentation.Assist with training employees on the robotic loading system.Support production goals by maintaining equipment efficiency and reducing downtime.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, food production, or packaging is preferred.Ability to follow instructions and recognize equipment, product-quality, and safety concerns.Basic math skills and ability to complete production documentation accurately.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to wear required PPE and perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.Physical & Work EnvironmentAbility to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds with assistance or approved equipment.Comfortable working around moving machinery and in environments that may be noisy, wet, or subject to temperature changes.Must follow all safety, food-safety, and PPE requirements.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.Nesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.COM085
