Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Working in a facility in the region, this position involves providing urgent care and critical patient services in the emergency department. The role is essential for managing acute cases, coordinating patient care, and ensuring timely and effective treatment during day shifts.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher, at least 1 year of experience in emergency nursing, and current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) are a plus.
• Additional Information: Billing cycle is weekly. Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by a supervisor prior to missing and will be paid with proof of approval. Overtime hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week shall be billable at the regular rate plus an additional $10 per hour. Holiday and on-call rates are defined accordingly. For 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, invoicing will reflect the all-inclusive rate for the entire shift with no elevated billing for additional hours. Credentialing submissions should be sent in one batch; updates are encouraged but must be submitted collectively. Housing options in the vicinity include Keefer's Inn in King City and Greenfield Village Apartments in nearby Greenfield. The work is critical to supporting the facilitys emergency care operations, adhering to emergency care protocols, and ensuring patient safety.
