Our mission is to support recovery through compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a structured and supportive environment.Position OverviewThe Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) plays a vital role in supporting clients throughout their treatment journey. This position is responsible for monitoring client safety, facilitating daily activities, and providing direct support to ensure a therapeutic and structured environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and document client behavior, safety, and progress throughout shiftsProvide direct supervision and support to clients in a residential or outpatient settingAssist with daily activities, including meals, hygiene, and structured programmingFacilitate or support group sessions and recreational activities as neededConduct routine room checks and ensure compliance with program rulesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policiesCommunicate effectively with clinical staff regarding client status and concernsDe-escalate situations and support clients in crisis when necessaryEnsure a safe, clean, and organized environment at all timesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse treatment strongly preferredCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-stress situationsBasic computer skills for documentationScheduleFull-time and part-time positions availableFlexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed12:30pm-9pmBenefits (Full-Time Employees)Competitive hourly payHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) and sick time401(k) with company matchOpportunities for growth and advancementOngoing training and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
