Strategic Account Manager

Managing a concentrated portfolio of strategic accounts, the full-time Account Manager will engage with executive-level stakeholders to drive retention and expansion while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Own and grow relationships with a select group of Runpod's largest strategic accounts through high-touch engagement and account planning Partner with dedicated Forward Deployed Engineers to align technical outcomes with commercial growth and proactively introduce new capabilities Negotiate multi-year contracts and manage complex renewals while serving as the voice of customers internally to influence product priorities Required qualifications: 6+ years in account management with experience in complex accounts, preferably in AI infrastructure or cloud services Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar strategic accounts and negotiating high-value contracts Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders Experience with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, and a solid understanding of account health metrics Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and experience in building account management processes from the ground up is a plus
