About the Role:

D & D Construction LLC is looking for skilled Painters to join our growing team in Allentown, PA! This is a great opportunity to bring your craft to a reputable construction company where quality work and team pride are at the forefront of everything we do.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
• Select and mix paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and textures
• Set up and break down job sites, including masking, tarping, and protecting surrounding areas
• Operate brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial or residential painting preferred
• Ability to prepare and finish surfaces to a high-quality standard
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
