Ross Financial Consulting is a B2B accounting advisory firm in Bucks County, PA offering bookkeeping, controller and CFO services. Our clients range in industry but look to get clear and definitive results that lead to strategic implementations and takeaways that change their business for the better.

We are seeking a new team member fill our senior associate of bookkeeping role to service clients in a bookkeeping and consulting capacity and will have the following:

Qualifications

1.   3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online

2.   Comfort with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel with at least filtering and editing raw data – Pivot tables and look up functions a plus

3.   Understanding of accounting principles such as three-statement financials, debits and credits, how each entry alters financials and other similar concepts

4.   Manage bank reconciliations from start to end

5.   Review journal entries, P&L, balance sheet and statement of cash flow to ensure accuracy

6.   Liaise with vendors (payroll, marketing, insurance, banking) to ensure accuracy in reporting and expense reduction for clients

7.   Ability to present findings clearly with a solution-focused mindset

8.   Presence to manage different deliverables and clients at the same time

9.   Attend client meetings – at the client, in-office or virtual as needed

10. Comfort with presenting findings to clients and vendors to propose changes

11. Lead with integrity and responsibility for client information

12. College degree not required, but is a plus with an accounting or finance degree
