Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting and financial operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. Oversee asset accounting, including cash management, accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, construction-in-progress, and prepaid expenses. Manage liability accounting, including accounts payable and other liabilities. Direct all cost accounting activities and ensure accurate product costing. Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial statements and management reports. Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital expenditure planning. Manage debt activities, including banking relationships, lines of credit, and loan reporting. Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Lead and develop the accounting team through performance management, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable financial regulations. Support executive leadership with timely financial insights and recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Experience 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience with financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and audit coordination. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Desired Skills Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles. Financial reporting and analysis.
