Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.## Location: New york/Chicago, IL/Atlanta, GA## Job Description**Key Responsibilities:*** Own and manage the Duck Creek product roadmap and backlog.* Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.* Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.* Act as the key liaison between business and delivery teams.* Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and demos.* Drive feature prioritization, product releases, and UAT activities.* Ensure alignment of Duck Creek capabilities with business objectives.* Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.**Required Skills:*** Strong experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and/or Claims.* Deep understanding of P&C insurance processes.* Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst.* Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.* Strong stakeholder management and backlog prioritization skills.* Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and insurance ecosystem applications.**Preferred Skills:*** Duck Creek certifications.* Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD).* Exposure to Azure/AWS and Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.* Knowledge of Guidewire or other insurance core platforms.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $120,000 - $145,000/AnnumCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
