Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedure, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements

• National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• 2 years of experience
• BLS certification
• ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RCIS accepted
• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient or acute experience
• Experience with Epic/Encompass
• Experience with processing 3D and strain imaging, basic echo protocol, bubble studies, Definity contrast, doppler and color flow imaging

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0700 - 1530
• Standard hours per week: 40
• Weekend rotation: 1 scheduled weekend per month
• On call: 3 nights of call per month, any night of the week, with a 1 hour response time
• May float within the hospital for bedside scans
• Set schedule
