Position Online Order Filling Associate (Full Time / Part Time) – Pay: $14.00 - $27.00/hr* Location: Tappahannock, Virginia Shift start times: 8:00‑11:00am or 1:00‑4:00pm; may vary with scheduling needs. Role Summary Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders. Ensure order accuracy before pick‑up. Make product substitutions and consult with customers as needed. Dispense orders to customers and engage them throughout the process. Work efficiently during peak periods, including evenings, weekends and holiday seasons. Qualifications Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile. Answer customer questions. Help customers find products they are looking for. Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store. Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe.
