Rehabilitation Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team in Fairbanks, AK. This role requires comprehensive documentation skills along with relevant certifications. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while ensuring high-quality rehabilitation services.

Shift Information

Scheduled shifts will be during the daytime hours. Specific shift details will be provided upon selection.

Qualifications

• Minimum Years of Experience: No prior experience required.
• General Certifications:
  • ACLS
  • BLS/BCLS
  • PALS
  • NRP
• Rehabilitation Certifications:
  • ASHA
  • CHT
  • ACP Training
• A valid and active state license is required.

Responsibilities

The Rehabilitation Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring appropriate documentation in accordance with organizational standards.

Important Notes

• For out-of-state candidates, Compact Licenses are permissible for practice in Washington and Alaska.
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year are not eligible for rehire until they have been separated for one year.
