Our challenge

We are looking for Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital applications. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical leadership with experience managing teams in Agile environments.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $120k - $125k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application design, development, and deployment using Java and React.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based solutions.
• 12+ years total experience
• Strong system design and architecture experience
• Experience leading development teams and making technical decisions.
• Guide and mentor development teams through code reviews and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
• Drive sprint planning, estimation, technical solutioning, and release management.
• Ensure application quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and secure coding standards.
