Job Title: Supervisor, Operations ManagementJob Code: 43014Job Location: Camden, ArkansasJob Schedule: 3/12: Employes work 12 hour days, 3 days a week (Fri, Sat, Sun)Job Description:L3Harris is seeking a Supervisor, Operations Management to join our Camden, AR team.The Supervisor leads the development and execution of production area activities to achieve production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives. This role prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material availability, while planning and establishing operational goals.Essential Functions:· Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.· Conduct daily safety walks of areas.· Manage the job functions for each team member and program.· Plan the production schedule for each week.· Address all issues reviewed with team.· Approve team member’s time.· Review metrics for improvements.· Ability to obtain a US security clearance.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
