Key Responsibilities Identify new prospects and convert leads into policies Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend tailored coverage Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support Exceed sales targets to support agency growth Stay up-to-date on products, underwriting, and compliance Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, renewals, and follow-ups Participate in team meetings and strategic sales planning What We’re Looking For 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confidence with outbound calls and closing deals Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn Well-organized and effective time management skills Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willing to obtain) Bilingual skills are a plus Why Join Us?
