Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Phlebotomists   to join our Cookeville, TN Donor Center team .  The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals, and phlebotomy. This role also includes calling a minimum number of donors daily per manager’s instructions. The pay for this position starts at $17 per hour. 

Qualified Phlebotomist  applicants should possess:    

• a high school degree or equivalent  
• a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience 
• strong customer service skills with attention to detail    
• a positive and caring attitude  
• scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts including weekends
• some overtime may be required
