Based in Boston, Massachusetts, this role provides the opportunity to work with privately held companies, emerging businesses, investors, executives, and established organizations on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, equity financing, commercial contracts, business succession, and general corporate matters.
