We’re expanding our team and looking for Retail Customer Service Representatives who enjoy working with people, are eager to learn, and want a clear path toward professional growth.

No extensive experience? No problem. We provide paid training and hands-on mentorship to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do :

• Engaging with shoppers at in-store events and creating friendly, positive conversations.
• Introducing customers to products and services and helping them understand how the offerings may benefit their needs.
• Asking thoughtful questions to identify customer interests, needs, and potential opportunities.
• Generating qualified leads by identifying customers who are interested in learning more.
• Scheduling appointments with sales representatives, product specialists, or other experts who can provide customers with additional information.
• Following established enrollment processes to ensure customers receive a seamless experience.
• Accurately documenting customer information and appointments so our sales and service teams can follow up effectively.
• Representing our clients professionally while maintaining a positive, helpful, and customer-first approach.
• Working toward individual and team goals while contributing to a fun, energetic event environment.
