Job Summary:

As a Barista, you’ll provide  fast, friendly service and craft  consistent, high‑quality products . You’ll follow Hart Family Coffee processes, procedures, and food safety standards to ensure every guest leaves smiling.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service

• Greet and connect with each guest

• Welcome questions and educate guests on our products — be the subject matter expert

• Suggestively upsell drink modifiers, additional products, and the Scooter’s app

• Accurately take orders, enter sales, and process payments with friendly speed

• Deliver products quickly and consistently according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines

Operations:

• Follow all Hart Family Coffee cash-handling procedures

• Prepare beverages and food items according to brand recipes

• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and perform routine maintenance

• Restock workstations, food items, and supplies to optimize workflow

• Keep the store environment clean, organized, and guest-ready
