In this senior‑level role, you will serve as the onsite HR leader in Sanford, supporting all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, recruiting, onboarding, training, and talent development. This is a hands‑on position for an HR professional who enjoys taking ownership, adapting to changing priorities, and driving results. Working closely with leadership and employees across the organization, you will help create effective HR processes and provide support that positively impacts both employees and business operations. What You'll Do Own the full recruiting cycle, including job postings, agency coordination, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding Provide payroll support and maintain accurate checks and balances for payroll and time & attendance Ensure precise HRIS data entry and ongoing maintenance across systems (SuccessFactors, Dayforce, SAP, etc.) Partner with your client group to support talent management and performance processes, including training needs, succession planning, and people development Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters, employee relations concerns, and HR inquiries, providing clear guidance aligned to policy What You'll Bring 5+ years of professional HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, new MPFL) Hands‑on HR operations experience, including hiring support, employee relations, and HR policy application SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred Why Join Us in Sanford?
