About the Role:
Join the team at Emkey Arthritis & Osteoporosis Clinic as a Practice Administrator in Wyomissing, PA! This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the operations of a busy and dedicated healthcare team focused on improving patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate patient care activities and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation and management.
• Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and patients to enhance communication and care.
• Utilize healthcare management software to streamline operations and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve clinic operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a management role in a busy medical practice.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in billing and revenue cycle management including specialty billing for infusion therapy.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Experience:

• Rheumatology or specialty practice experience.
• Proficiency with NextGen EMR system.
• Familiarity with inusion workflows and medication billing.
• Experience with change management and practice growth initiatives.
