Real Estate Accountant
Altum Digital Infrastructure
Altum Digital Infrastructure in Phoenix seeks an accountant who takes ownership of recurring, technical work with a strong emphasis on accuracy and deadlines. You will own the month-end close and manage CAM, leases, CapEx, and cash flow for a growing data center portfolio. With 4–5+ years in construction or real estate accounting, you will process AP, AR, fixed assets, and treasury activities, collaborating closely with leadership to deliver GAAP-compliant reports and timely close across seven #J-18808-Ljbffr
