Come work with us in a dynamic environment in which you’ll use your passion, technical experience, and strong problem-solving skills.What You’ll DoLocation: Onsite 4x/week (Tuesday-Friday) at our Scottsdale Axon Hub LocationReports to: VP, FinanceDirect Reports: Individual ContributorServe as the primary finance business partner to the global Operations team, supporting daily operational decision-making with timely financial insight and analysisOwn inventory management reporting and analysis, including inventory levels, reserves, turns, and obsolescence risk across global sitesDevelop and maintain forecasting models to quantify the financial impact of tariffs and trade policy changes on cost of goods sold and marginsBuild and manage rolling cash flow forecasts tied to operations activities, working capital, and inventory investmentPartner with supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing leaders to translate operational plans into financial forecasts and budgetsIdentify risks and opportunities in the operations cost structure and recommend mitigation strategiesPrepare monthly variance analysis and management reporting on operations spend, inventory, and working capital metricsSupport annual budgeting and long-range planning processes for the global operations functionDrive process improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting cadence, and cross-functional financial visibilityPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insightsWhat You BringBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Financial AccountingMinimum of 7 years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and business analytics in a dynamic environment, supporting both financial and operational decision makersProven track record of owning projects and driving their completion cross-functionallyExperience driving process improvements focused on quality, timeliness and improved efficiencyAbility to working independently with concern for quality and deadlinesData analysis and dynamic scenario modeling with emphasis on researching and validating modeling inputs and assumptions and ensuring their alignment with operational models and strategic goalsTechnology/software/SaaS industry experienceManufacturing experienceExcellent analytical, oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non-financial business leadersSuperb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial spiritBenefits that Benefit YouCompetitive salary and 401k with employer matchDiscretionary paid time offPaid parental leave for allMedical, Dental, Vision plansFitness ProgramsEmotional & Mental Wellness supportLearning & Development programsEmployee Resource Groups (ERGs)And yes, we have snacks in our officesBenefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
