We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and security-focused Senior IT Manager to lead our global IT operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our core SaaS environment (including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack) and governing our primary macOS endpoint ecosystem, which is directly maintained by a dedicated endpoint specialist reporting to you. As a seasoned leader, you will manage, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of IT professionals located across different countries, ensuring they remain highly engaged and perform at exceptional levels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who operates with a great attitude and requires minimal direction from executive leadership. You will be expected to make tough, strategic decisions when required, continuously drive improvements, and deliver world-class customer service to our internal teams.
