Job Description Introduction We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of events, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and contributing to successful event experiences. Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities.
- Support event logistics, scheduling, and material preparation.
- Welcome attendees and provide assistance throughout events.
- Organize event materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional event spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to event activities.
