Independent Pros: You have at least 4 (ideally 5–10) years of franchise law experience- particularly working directly with franchisors. You’re confident handling FDDs, answering client questions, and delivering quality work with minimal supervision. Strategic Advisors: You know franchise disputes, franchisee relationships, and franchise documents inside and out. Drafting notices of default, settlement agreements, amendments, and providing strategic advice to franchisors is second nature for you. Laid-Back, But On It: We’re not your typical law firm.
