Response Security Officer GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer in Las Vegas, NV. This role requires adaptability to changing missions ranging from customer service to patrols and surveillance. Competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities within GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Customer service is the top priority Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site Multitask and work well under pressure Work at any site, any shift, anywhere, and any city as needed Respond quickly to critical situations Read and write detailed reports Learn and enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards Safely patrol by car or on foot as needed Work with electronics and maintain vehicles and equipment following proper procedures Qualifications High school education or equivalent (GED) or college degree At least 21 years old Valid PILB license Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Successful completion of an extensive screening process Physical stamina to walk, stand, sit, and handle outdoor conditions CPR/AED/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of an offer At least one year of experience in law enforcement/military or equivalent Authorized to work in the U.S. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
