Diversified Maintenance Financial AnalystDiversified Maintenance is hiring a Financial Analyst to work on site in our Tampa, FL office. The Financial Analyst drives strategic decision-making by analyzing complex financial data, developing detailed forecasts, managing budgeting processes, and guiding investment decisions.Responsibilities:Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Develop complex models to project future financial performance and analyze business driversBudgeting and Variance Analysis: Prepare annual budgets and conduct monthly reviews comparing actual results to forecasts, identifying cost-saving opportunitiesStrategic Advisory: Advises management on investment decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and financial risksReporting and Data Analysis: Create, present, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadershipProcess Improvement: Evaluate and improves internal financial controls and systems to improve efficiency and accuracyQualifications (Must Have):Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economicsMinimum of four (4) years in financial planning, analysis, or related finance and accounting fieldsExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems Oracle and WinTeamStrong analytical thinking, complex problem-solving, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-financial stakeholdersBusiness level oral and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write fluently in EnglishAbility to multitask and adapt to changing environmentsExcellent customer service skills; active listening skillsAbility to lead and encourage teamwork; ability to negotiate and resolve conflictBenefits:Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insuranceEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation is only paid out where required by lawDiversified Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
