Requirements – Experienced Bookkeeper (Excel‑Focused) Minimum 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable , including invoicing, vendor payments, and collections Working knowledge of payroll processing , payroll taxes, and employee benefits administration Experience performing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Credit card transaction entry and reconciliation , including: Downloading credit card activity into Excel Reviewing, categorizing, and reconciling transactions Uploading or importing finalized data into the accounting system Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliation schedules Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work well with others. Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet reporting deadlines Assistance with answering phone calls when needed. Salary $17.00 to $20.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
