Purchasing Specialist

A growing, fast-paced industry leader is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Purchasing & Procurement Specialist to manage vendor relations, materials sourcing, and operational supply workflows. In this role, you will serve as the core driver of procurement operations—ensuring materials and company supplies are quoted accurately, vendor terms are reconciled, and internal teams receive exactly what they need on schedule. Responsibilities

• Request, compare, and analyze competitive vendor quotes to secure high-quality products, gear, and supplies at optimal pricing without compromising timelines.
• Issue, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs) from initial request through delivery, keeping project leads informed of fulfillment statuses.
• Partner closely with internal finance to cross-reference invoices against delivery receipts and PO numbers, flagging payment terms to maintain accurate job costing and smooth processing.
• Collaborate directly with field operations and project management teams to gather project specifications, sizes, and operational inventory requirements.
• Maintain precise, organized records in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software—prioritizing line-item accuracy, thorough documentation, and adherence to company protocols.
