Master of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM loans. DU/LP – You gotta be fluent. Know Fannie/Freddie like the back of your hand. Winning attitude – We don’t do losers. Leadership – Ready to build and lead a team. Relentless work ethic – We hustle HARD. File structuring – Teach like a BOSS. Responsibilities Back‑end Warrior: structuring, teaching, and supporting applications. Primary go‑to for structuring and supporting the 6 new Loan Officers from the last 30 days. Build and maintain pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach. Teach file structuring and mentorship of junior staff. About the Hiring Manager I’m Niko Kramer, and I’ll be your wingman in building a team that’s UNSTOPPABLE! With 18 Loan Officers already under my wing, you’ll be in elite company. I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. And now, I need a back‑end WARRIOR.
