Water Restoration Technician

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is necessary. Candidates must be able to pass a background check. A minimum of 1 year of restoration or construction experience is required. Willingness to work on an afterhours/on-call/ rotation is expected. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years is mandatory. Preferred Training: IICRC certifications – WRT – ASD – ARMT preferred, but not required 2 years’ experience as lead restoration tech Xactimate experience preferred The work environment is subject to changes in temperature and weather conditions and may involve loud noises and hazardous areas such as confined crawl spaces and attics. Hazards encountered may include wastewater, mold, soot, smoke, and bio-hazard sites.
