Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations for multiple LLCs. This role is perfect for a professional who enjoys variety—handling everything from daily cash reconciliation and revenue tracking to high-level audit preparation and month-end close.

Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Entity Accounting: Manage full-cycle accounting functions for multiple LLCs using Sage .

• Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash receipts, transient revenue, and LLC bank accounts.

• Invoicing: Process intercompany billing and miscellaneous invoices for related entities.

• Month-End Close: Execute journal entries, reconciliations, and prepare audit workpapers/schedules.

• Tax & Licensing: Manage tracking schedules for real estate taxes and business license renewals.

• Internal Auditing: Oversee parking ticket audits and review monthly credit card processing fees.

• Operational Tracking: Monitor maintenance labor hours and maintain formal accounting SOPs.

• Reporting Support: Assist with year-end reporting, special projects, and stakeholder customer service.
