Expand your search with Express!Our client is seeking a Fulfillment Associate!Position Summary Responsible for accurately picking, assembling, matching, and packing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse and fulfillment environment. Ensures orders are processed correctly and prepared for shipment within required timeframes.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and stage materials using order documentation and inventory systems.Verify order accuracy and match materials to customer requirements.Assemble products according to work instructions and job specifications.Pack orders securely and neatly for shipment.Maintain clean, organized work areas.Follow safety procedures and company policies.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Assist in multiple departments as needed and work overtime when required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse, fulfillment, assembly, or production experience is a plus.Ability to read and follow written instructions.Basic math skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Reliable attendance and dependability.Physical RequirementsFrequent standing and walking throughout the shift.Regular use of hands and arms to handle materials.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.Work EnvironmentWarehouse and distribution setting.Exposure to moving equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.Team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
