Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Senior Finishing / Deburring Operator (Level III) for our client. This position is responsible for performing precision deburring and finishing operations on complex aerospace and manufactured components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience working with intricate parts, using hand tools under magnification, and mentoring or training other team members.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Deburr and finish complex precision components, including aerospace manifolds and other intricate parts.
• Use hand tools and specialized equipment under a microscope to perform detailed finishing work.
• Assist with the design, setup, tooling, and equipment selection for new deburring and assembly projects.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Train and support team members in proper deburring techniques and best practices.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all company quality procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Keep workstations organized, clean, and safe.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with other duties as assigned.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Previous experience deburring and finishing precision-machined components.
• Ability to deburr complex parts, including aerospace or similarly detailed components.
• Experience using hand tools under a microscope.
• Strong visual inspection skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to train and mentor other employees.
• Familiarity with quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow detailed work instructions.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Experience in an aerospace, manufacturing, or precision machining environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
