Warehouse Scanner

Our Warehouse Scanner will support our order fulfillment and shipping operations. This role is responsible for scanning products, generating shipment labels, and ensuring all outbound orders are accurate and complete. The ideal candidate is comfortable using handheld scanners and computers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties/Responsibilities: Use handheld scanners to scan and verify products for outbound orders. Generate and apply accurate shipping labels to all outgoing shipments. Investigate and correct any discrepancies in scanned or packed orders. Communicate with the sales team and operation team regarding product shortages or order issues. Assist with tracking order status and updating systems as needed. Maintain organized workstations and adhere to company standards for cleanliness and safety. Support shipping and receiving teams with scanning-related tasks as required. Performs other related duties as assigned/needed. Required Skills/Abilities: Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment environment preferred. Familiarity with barcode scanners and basic computer systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and stay focused in a busy environment. Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a high level of consistency. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills required (e.g., using email, scanning software, and label printing). Familiarity with perishables, proteins, and grocery categories is a strong plus. Physical Requirements: Must be able to withstand a cold environment (including limited time in and out of a freezer) Must be able to withstand being on your feet for the majority of the day.
