We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Home Care team. At NMC Health Home Care we are proud to set a 5-Star standard for patient satisfaction and are presently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to serve on our team. As a Home Care PT, youll have the privilege of providing therapy that is customized to the patients home and daily life. You will serve alongside a great team of PT, PTA, RN, OT, COTA and SLPs. QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Kansas
• One-year experience in clinical practice required. Prefer home health experience
• Good clinical judgement, strong interpersonal skills, good time management and team work

Licensure, registration and certification:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Kansas

• BLS certification required (may be obtained post-employment)
• Must have or immediately obtain BLS
• Valid Drivers license and Vehicle with current Auto insurance
