Telehealth Technician

Providing essential clinical and administrative support for telemedicine visits, the part-time Telehealth Technician will assist with patient follow-ups, maintain professional relationships, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide administrative and clinical support for telehealth services, ensuring compliance with company policies Establish and maintain supportive relationships with patients and providers through effective communication Document patient interactions and assist with follow-up tasks, including scheduling and pharmacy requests Required qualifications High School Diploma or its equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably urgent care Technical proficiency with telemedicine platforms and troubleshooting capabilities Must reside in the Fast Pace Health service states
