Stay on top of the action—assist guests, watch the floor, and never let anyone wait at the register. Build strong connections with guests, showing them your favorite products (but keep it diverse!). Be proactive: always ready with a task or helping hand. Learn, grow, and share product knowledge with the team. Be punctual, positive, and a team player. Keep the space clean, stay aware of store projects, and communicate with your teammates. Let\'s make every guest\'s visit amazing!
