Cadia is dedicated to providing the best care possible and thats where you come in!/ph3Duties And Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc. as necessary./liliReview all staffing for the assigned shift and assure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA. Review shift PPD and make staffing adjustments as required./liliMake rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift./liliReplace any call offs that are received during the shift./liliCommunicate all events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON. Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMust possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state./liliMust have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare related facilities./liliTraining in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred./liliKnowledge of long-term care regulations preferred./li/ul/div
