Rad Tech - Day Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM with no weekends or major holidays required.

We are seeking an experienced Rad Tech for a dynamic setting focused on both surgical and clinical orthopedics. The ideal candidate will be skilled in general orthopedic imaging and experienced in handling specialized patient populations, particularly in limb lengthening and bone deformity correction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general orthopedic imaging (X-ray) in a surgical environment.
• Utilize C-arm and portable X-ray machines effectively for diagnostic imaging.
• Conduct frequent long-leg imaging from hip to ankle as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Active ARRT (Radiography) certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid Maryland or Compact state license required at the time of submission.
• Experience with C-arm and portable X-ray procedures.
