Receptionist

Clerical Position at Magnolia Women Center Responsible for organizing the front desk, greeting patients, directing the flow of the facility, clerical tasks, scheduling/confirming appointments, helping callers, reading and routing incoming mail, filing correspondence and other records, providing support for the entire office, receiving payments and insurance information, pulling patient charts, answering a multi-line telephone system, verifying patient information, customer service duties, and other general duties as required. High School Diploma is required. Previous medical experience preferred. Prior experience with computers and office background required.
